For a period of one year from the date of purchase, inVentures Technologies incorporated (iTi) will, at its option as the exclusive remedy, either repair or replace for the original purchaser, without charge, any part of any new iSOC® unit which is found, upon examination by any iTi Authorized Service Outlet or by iTi’s manufacturing facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, to be defective in material and/or workmanship, except as provided below.
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by alterations or modifications of an iSOC® unit or parts or by normal wear, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use or abuse of the product, or failure to follow the instructions contained in a User Guide for the operation of the new iSOC® unit. This Limited Warranty does not cover any equipment used in the installation and set up of an iSOC® control and/or operation system, other than the iSOC® unit itself. The cost of normal maintenance or replacement of parts that are not defective shall be paid by the original purchaser.
At the time warranty service is requested, the original purchaser must present evidence of the date of purchase. This normally is determined by the Serial Number on the iSOC® unit. Any alteration to this Serial Number makes this Limited Warranty null and void.
Warranty service can only be performed by an iTi Authorized Service Outlet or by iTi at its manufacturing facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Warranty service can be arranged by contacting your iTi Authorized Sales and Service Representative, and by returning the iSOC® unit, insured and all freight, duties and taxes paid, to iTi. This express warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Neither iTi nor any of its affiliates makes any warranties, representations, or promises, written or oral, as to the quality of the iSOC® unit or any of its parts, other than as set forth herein. In no event will iTi be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages and/or expenses.
