As Manager of Business Development for the U.S., Sherri is responsible for the overall management of operational and strategic marketing and customer relationship activities for Tersus.  A paralegal gone sales, she is a highly driven, positive, extremely self-motivated professional with a passion for customer relationships. During her career she has handled escalated customer complaints supporting IBM’s Chairman’s office including complaints involving complex litigation. She truly knows what the scales of balance are in business relationships. She has been fierce in her acquisition of new sales clients and makes it a point to build relationships first before trying to sell you something. Sherri consistently leverages experiences in sales, customer care, and law office support. She is a proven legal and sales professional with a relentless work ethic who seeks to generate serious positive impact between our organizations. Sherri takes enormous pride in customer care and overall business development. Her belief is in having a common goal with a united vision and truly working together as one team. Sherri is based in Southern Pines, NC and is currently supporting the South Carolina Association of Environmental Professionals as Past President.
